Alcatel Lucent Inks Multi Million Dollar Deal with Indian Technology Operations Mgmt Company

 

 

Chennai, India, based offshore Technology Operations Management company Cybernet-SlashSupport (CSS) has signed a new expanded multi year-multi million dollar support services agreement with global communications leader Alcatel-Lucent.

Under the term of this agreement, CSS will provide tech support in French, German and Spanish to Alcatel-Lucent's European customers from its facility in Wroclaw, Poland, which the company opened in February this year. The company is investing over USD 3million for its Polish expansion.

"This new expanded engagement with Alcatel-Lucent widens our tech support offering to multiple languages and opens up an entirely new market for us. Into the future, the multi-lingual support will be an asset to more and more companies as they seek to expand their business into those parts of the world where the French, German and Spanish languages are spoken," said Shiva Ramani, Co-Founder and CEO, Cybernet-SlashSupport.

CSS provides IT services that includes Tech Support, Remote IMS and Software Testing & Development and employs around 5000 people at its offshore facilities in Chennai and Coimbatore. The company recently opened a new facility in MEPZ, Chennai that will become operational this month.

The company also has facilities in the US and Singapore.
