Splunk, the IT Search Company, and Systex a Taiwan-based leading regional IT service provider, have agreed to enter a strategic pan-Asia partnership.
The agreement will cover master distributor rights across 8 Asian countries, the establishment of Splunk Lab in Systex with over 200 engineering and technical resources, development of applications based on Splunk, and dedicated sales, marketing and support people throughout the region focused on building Splunk's Asian business.
With the new partnership Splunk said it hope to increase its market coverage in the region -Systex has nearly 50 offices in 8 countries including Taiwan, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, and Vietnam.

Taiwan based Systex, in partnership with Splunk, plans to establish a world-class Splunk lab in Taiwan to collaborate closely with Splunk's headquarters team to localize Splunk products and develop a broad set of applications based on Splunk's IT search platform.
The lab will leverage Systex' domain expertise in industries such as financial services, telecommunications, manufacturing, healthcare, education and government as well as Systex competencies in IT operations, security, and business intelligence.
