BenQ recently launched its environment friendly high-definition LCD monitors – BenQ E900HD and BenQ G900HD.
Incorporating BenQ’s ‘Hybrid Power Management Technology’, the new LCD monitors consume up to 25 percent less energy, thereby reducing carbon dioxide emissions produced by electricity generation by a corresponding amount, claimed BenQ.
Both the monitors use a unique two-lamp design, which enables them to deliver brightness equivalent to 300 units produced by four-lamp models. The monitors also use just 30W of power as compared to 40W consumed by conventional models.
The new models reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 25 percent and mercury emissions by 50 percent. With a screen size of 18.5 inches, BenQ E900HD and BenQ G900HD LCD monitors display all High-Definition content e.g. multimedia, productivity and gaming applications with a quick response time and Senseye+photo - an exclusive digital image enhancement engine - fine-tunes picture quality through five preset application modes.
Furthermore, the new LCD monitors feature the popular 16:9 aspect ratio for superior display of High-Definition content.
BenQ E900HD and G900HD LCD monitors are available through BenQ dealers at Rs 9,000 and Rs 8,200 respectively.
